Jovana Đaković is a graduated sports nutritionist with more than 10 years of experience working with professional and recreational athletes. She received her formal education as an undergraduate in nutrition / dietetics in Australia, and a postgraduate in sports nutrition in England. She was also a successful athlete herself in her younger days in rhythmic gymnastics and later in powerlifting in Australia. Today, Jovana uses her academic knowledge as well as sports experiences to help clients achieve the best possible result. This is a one-off online consultation in the duration of 50 minutes via Zoom.
It is necessary to fill out a questionnaire, perform analyses if necessary, and then schedule a consultation. This option is for those who have specific questions and doubts, and only want corrections.

Guided Nutrition / Online Coaching
This program has an educational nature, with the purpose for the client learn how to organize their nutrition to maintain results long-term.
Guided nutrition involves an initial program of nutrition, training and supplementation, based on your preferences and correcting what I believe is necessary for results and health.
